Breeding Science was first established as the Japanese Journal of Breeding in 1951 by the Japanese Society of Breeding. In the long history of this journal, Breeding Science has been an open space where all the findings and technologies related to breeding can interact and merge to generate new knowledge and ideas for breeding.
